Re: Modern Interior Door
To Whom It May Concern: In the Spring of 2014, my wife and I decided to replace the interior doors in our home. We were looking for modern, white flush doors of good quality. In searching for a supplier I discovered Modern Interior Door (MID) and was drawn to the European rebated design. After speaking briefly with Jony on the phone, I went to their showroom to have a look at the doors. I was very impressed with the quality of the doors and the little details (perimeter gasket, unique hinge options, etc). Jony was very helpful and timely in his responses to my subsequent barrage of questions via phone and email.
Before discovering MID, we had already decided on door handles and Jony was kind enough to source them out for us as an alternative to the handles that he provided as stock. This was very helpful in simplifying the ordering process given the myriad of options for European mortise locksets.
Once we decided to go with the Lebo doors, the ordering and delivery process was simple and straightforward. Jony was great in providing unsolicited updates on the progress of the order so I was never left wondering when the doors would arrive. When they did arrive, I installed them myself and Jony was again always very responsive and helpful in all the questions I had. He even came to our house on short notice to have a look at my install so he was better able to answer some of my questions.
My wife and I are very happy with the end product. It has made such a positive impression on the look of our home. We have also had many positive comments from visiting friends. But my real motivation for writing this reference letter for MID is the incredible customer experience I had. I always received prompt, professional and knowledgeable responses from Jony, he was very proactive in updating me on the status of the order (important for order with long lead times) and always found solutions for problems I encountered both during the ordering process and the install. I would not hesitate to use their services again should the need arise and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality interior doors.
